Default _xxxxxxxxxx_ has disconnected from the server.

I was thinking it might be helpful to people in-game if, instead of only having the "XXXXXXXX has left the game." message, they added at least two other messages to further clarify why a player leaves the gamefield.

- "XXXXXXXX has disconnected from the server."
- "XXXXXXXX has left the server." or "XXXXXXXX has logged off the server."

The first one would be a message that tells everyone a player has left the game due to a connection issue. The second would be displayed if a player closes out of the game, as opposed to the message we have now, "XXXXXXXX has left the game.", which would be displayed if a player simply zoned out of the instance into a town.

I think it would be a helpful addition of communication to the other players to add this feature. What do you all think?

Ya, and I was thinking about that earlier today when I got this idea. Evil Comcast brokt in my neighborhood for about half an hour, and if I had been in a team at that time, I wouldn't have had any way to log back on and say, "hey I d/ced". Otherwise, if we had been in a bad situation during the time I d/ced, they might've thought I raged. And I don't really want to be known as a ragequitter

Then if I want to ragequit, I just pull out my router and I recieve a "get out of jail free" card do I?

Could be a bit misleading

Yes yes I was thinking this too, I must admit. But it's a little more troublesome to do that than to just close things out real fast. Despite that though I think it'd still give a little bit of extra information that could be helpful.

People get that out of jail free card today anyway. This way, you will often (but not always) know if they zoned or alt-f4'd. I'll bet many people are also too lazy/don't care about their reputation, to unplug their router.

I don't know about others but my router is two floors below my computer (in basement, comp on second floor), so having to go down there and unplug, then plug back in and restart my computer just to ragequit would be annoying.

Oh, forgot to mention I have to restart my computer to get any refresh in connection, so if I unplug, I have to restart to get the computer to recognize when it's plugged back in. So yeah, doing that would be WAY too much of a hassle just to prevent people from knowing I ragequit. Not that I ever ragequit, mind you :P

So a big hearty /signed

alot of people quit because they are too lazy to continue... if they are too lazy for that i doubt they will work up the energy to get to router and unplug
